Innovation and market excellence: A review of H1 2024

As we begin a new financial year, I’m pleased to share some exciting updates that highlight our continued commitment to innovation and enhancing customer experience. We recently won a 2024 Canstar Innovation Excellence Award for our Home Insurance ‘One-Click’ Price Estimate system. This is a testament to our dedication to creating better results for our partners.

Integration of our 'One-Click' Price Estimate system into the home loan process allows real-time indicative insurance estimates, simplifying the insurance process for our partners and customers. Available to many of our partners, including Financial Institutions, Mortgage Brokers, and banks, it’s enhancing the experience for more of our customers.

Allianz has also developed a Motor Insurance ‘One-Click’ Price Estimate system for our Automotive Partners. This marks a significant milestone in our efforts to simplify and digitise the insurance purchase journey for our partners and their customers. This system provides indicative car insurance estimates for customers based on information they provide during their vehicle purchase.

We continue to focus on creating better experiences for our partners and their customers. We were excited to introduce our new Omni channel approach across our Automotive network earlier this year. Creating open channels that provide customers with more purchasing options including online self-service, direct Allianz Contact Centre, or their dealer. This approach, already in place for our FI Partners, empowers customers and provides them with greater choice and flexibility.
