It’s important you know what you’re covered for - that your insurance is up to date, your premiums are paid, and the sum for which you’re insured covers the replacement value of your property and the belongings you’d like to insure.

If you have an existing insurance policy with us, make sure you read your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to learn more about your cover. You also need to refer to your Certificate of Insurance to check your level of cover and any optional covers you have. Also, remember to take photos of insured assets and update your records.

It’s important to remember that for certain weather events, a 72 hour exclusion may apply when you first take out a policy or increase cover under an existing policy. Refer to your PDS for more information.
