  • For customers who purchased a new policy on or after 9 September 2021 and may have renewed. Your policy number will start with BC.

Policies purchased before 9 September 2021

  • For customers who purchased a new policy before 9 September 2021 and have since renewed. Your policy number will end with DMP, DVC or DVT.

CTP Insurance

  • Note: This PDF is for eligible customers with QLD CTP insurance beginning before 12 AM on 1 July 2023. After this time, we won’t be offering the At-Fault Driver Protection Insurance Policy to new or renewing customers with CTP Insurance. Eligible customers must satisfy the terms and conditions of the policy and have applied for the cover through the Allianz website.

For new and renewing policies effective from 30 March 2024 to 13 January 2025 where flood cover is optional.

For new policies effective from 13 November 2022 to 29 March 2024 or renewed policies effective 25 December 2022 to 29 March 2024 where flood cover is optional.

Allianz Life Plan

For policies purchased directly through Allianz.
 

Allianz LifeCover Plus

For policies purchased through a financial institution partner referral to Allianz.
 

HSBC Easy Life Insurance

For policies purchased through a financial institution partner referral to Allianz.

On 1 December 2023, the product name and branding of HSBC Easy Life Insurance changed to Allianz LifeCover Plus. This does not change the features and benefits of policies purchased prior to this date, and the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Document issued when your policy was purchased remains valid until the Expiry Date as shown on your Policy Schedule.
 

TIO LifeCover Plus

For policies purchased through a TIO referral on or before 30 July 2020.

On 1 December 2023, the product name and branding of TIO LifeCover Plus changed to Allianz LifeCover Plus. This does not change the features and benefits of policies purchased prior to this date, and the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Document issued when your policy was purchased remains valid until the Expiry Date as shown on your Policy Schedule.

Medibank Life Insurance 

For policies purchased through Medibank or referral to Allianz.

In 2009 the product name and branding of Medibank Life Insurance changed to Allianz Life Plan Plus and subsequently to Allianz LifeCover Plus. This does not change the features and benefits of policies purchased, and the Product Disclosure Statement and Policy Document issued when your policy was purchased remains valid until the Expiry Date as shown on your Policy Schedule.
