- Instructions on how to claim, and the reward, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Offer commences on 01/03/2025 and ends on 01/04/2025 or once all three hundred and seventy-five (375) valid claims have been received, whichever is first (“Offer Period”). All references to times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales. Entry into the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Entrant”).
- The promoter is Allianz Australia Limited (ABN 21 000 006 226) of 10 Carrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
- Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive the promotional eDM featuring the Offer and inviting them to submit a claim (each a “Claimant”). The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each Entrant (including their identity, age and place of residence) and the validity of each entry and to disqualify any person who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Offer are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- To be eligible to claim, eligible Claimants must undertake the following steps during the Offer Period:
Receive the promotional eDM featuring this offer and inviting them to submit a claim;
Click on the link within the eDM and follow the prompts to the claim page; and
Input the requested details and submit the fully completed online claim form.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and Claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Offer. - Incomplete, indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
- Only one claim permitted per person. Offer is strictly limited to the first three hundred and seventy-five (375) valid claims received.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Claimant.
- Successful Claimants will be notified by email.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The first three hundred and seventy-five (375) valid claims received will each be awarded a double pass of Category A tickets to a Football Australia Home Fixture game at Allianz Stadium Moore Park NSW on 04/04/2025 (each a “Reward”). Each Reward is valued at $141.76. Reward is tickets only. Successful Claimants are responsible for all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Reward, including but not limited to any travel and/or accommodation costs required.
- The Reward is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Reward and service providers.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer or suspend, substitute or modify a Reward. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) disqualify any Entrant; or (b) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
- If for any reason a Claimant does not take or redeem a Reward (or an element of the Reward) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Reward (or that element of the Reward) will be forfeited.
- If any Reward (or part of any Reward) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Reward (or that part of the reward) with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
- The Reward is subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any Claimant (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Reward.
- Rewards, or any unused portion of a Reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
- Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful Claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the Football Australia Home Fixture game at Allianz Stadium Moore Park NSW on 4th April 2025 is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a Claimant; or (g) use of the Reward.
- Privacy Notice: Participation in this Offer is conditional on providing the requested personal information. By submitting a claim in this Offer, each Claimant consents to the retention, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter in the following ways:
for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and any matter connected to the Promotion; and
if the Claimant is successful this Offer, for publicity purposes in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, compensation or prior notice to the Claimant.
- The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties for the above purposes, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and Reward suppliers for the purpose of conducting this Offer and sending offers and information to each Claimant.
